Return of Goods and Withdrawal from the Contract
1. In the case of consumer sales (excluding sales concluded by means of electronic communication), Forss OÜ generally does not repurchase goods that comply with the contract.
2. Withdrawal from the Contract in the Case of a Contract Concluded via Electronic Communication
2.1. In the case of sales concluded through the Forss online ordering system or via any other means of electronic communication, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without providing any reason within 14 days and return the goods. For the purposes of these terms, a Consumer is a natural person who uses the services of Forss OÜ or purchases goods from Forss OÜ outside their economic or professional activity.
2.2. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the Consumer or a third party designated by the Consumer, who is not the carrier, has physically taken possession of the goods.
2.3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer may use the attached withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
2.4. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must notify Forss OÜ of their decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear written statement, which must be submitted at a Forss OÜ service location or sent by e-mail with a digitally signed document.

2.6. To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the Consumer sends the notice of exercising the right of withdrawal to the Company before the withdrawal period expires.
2.7. Pursuant to the law, the Consumer does not have the right of withdrawal, inter alia, in the following cases:
2.7.1. If the goods that are the subject of the contract have not been returned in their original packaging (the packaging may show signs of opening but must not be damaged) and in their original completeness.
2.7.2. If the product has been used in any way other than is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. (To verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, they may only be handled and used in the manner normally permitted in a shop.)
2.8. The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Consumer.
2.9. Upon withdrawal from the contract, Forss OÜ shall refund to the Consumer all payments received under the contract, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the Consumer’s choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest delivery method offered by Forss OÜ), no later than 14 days from the day on which the Company becomes aware of the Consumer’s decision to withdraw from the contract.
2.10. Forss OÜ shall make the refunds using the same means of payment as the Consumer used for the original transaction, unless the Consumer has expressly agreed to a different means of payment. No service fees or other costs shall be charged to the Consumer in connection with the refund.
2.11. The Consumer must return the goods to Forss OÜ no later than 14 days from the day on which the Consumer notified Forss OÜ of the withdrawal from the contract.
The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if the Consumer returns the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.
2.12. Forss OÜ has the right to withhold the refund until it has received the goods that are the subject of the contract or until the Consumer has provided proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
3. Return of Goods by Legal Persons Acting in Their Economic or Professional Activity
3.1. The return of goods shall be carried out on the basis of a properly completed return form. The reason for the return of the goods must be stated on the return form. The return report form is available at the bottom of this page.
3.2. Goods returned with an incompletely filled return form shall not be refunded, or up to 30% of the value of the goods may be retained.
3.3. The packaging of the returned goods must be intact and clean. Nothing may be written on the packaging and no adhesive tape may be affixed directly to the packaging. The commercial appearance of the product must be fully preserved.
3.4. The spare parts installed are not subject to return.
3.5. Forss OÜ is not obliged to repurchase slow-moving goods that have been specially ordered for the customer from the factory or from foreign suppliers.
3.6. Forss OÜ reserves the right, in the case of goods incorrectly ordered by the customer, to retain up to 30% of the value of the goods upon return.
4. Return of Casings (Cores)
4.1. Returned casings must be returned within 10 days.
4.2. The returned component must be externally intact, thoroughly cleaned, and must correspond to the same completeness as a new component.
4.3. The mounting lugs of the starter and alternator must be intact and must not be welded. The end of the starter rotor must not be blue.
4.4. The steering rack must not be oxidized or damaged.
4.5. The old component must be placed in the same packaging in which the new component was purchased.
4.6. In the event of the above-mentioned deficiencies, refund of the value of the returned casing cannot be guaranteed.
