Becoming a Regular Customer
By registering as a Forss regular customer, either as a private individual or as a company, you will be entitled to all regular customer discounts at all of our service locations:
• Tallinn Mooni branch, Mooni 30
• Tallinn Tähesaju branch, Tähesaju 7
• Peetri branch, Allika tee 12, Peetri, Rae Parish, Harju County
• Tartu branch, Aardla 23c
Regular customers receive a 5–15% discount on all products and services, as well as various special offers available exclusively to members of the regular customer program.
You can obtain regular customer status at any of our branches or by registering as a user in the Forss online store at forss.ee or on the website forss24.ee.
Please note
• No ID card or other documents are required to register as a regular customer — your contact details (phone number and valid email address) are sufficient
• Inform the salesperson of your regular customer status before completing a purchase or placing an order
• If your name or contact details change, please notify Forss by email at info@forss.ee or directly at any of our branches.
Applying for Credit
Private individuals can apply for hire purchase through Inbank AS. Applications can be submitted on-site at any branch.
Companies wishing to pay for goods or services by bank transfer after receipt (with a payment term) must first submit an application by email to info@forss.ee. Applications are answered within one working day.
